EMMA DANCE 

The more I dance the more I am inspired by the language of movement that like a magicians hat reveals the soul through the dance. The poetic world of metaphor when we let go of our need to control, or the minds distractions, spontaneous choreography that arises in each moment is magical. We go from "doing the dance' to 'being danced'. A single movement can describe a whole universe of emotion, released from the past, emptied into the present united in spirit. Exploring the shadows unlocks us from the parts of our energetic that hold us back and down.
